I owned Siberian Huskies from 1995-2021 when my last 4 sadly passed in quick succession. During this time, I worked them in harness competed rallies at BSDRA/BSHRA, AMCUK, and SHCGB, I showed with some success, bred 2 small litters, and judge them at Challenge Certificate level (since2007), I also have owned, worked, and limitedly shown Alaskan Malamutes since 2010 which I judge at C level. I also owned a Russian Black Terrier from 2007 -2016 and judge them at C level also. I currently share my life with 1 elderly Alaskan Malamutes bitch, a 10-year-old Siberian husky x Alaskan Malamute -no I didn’t breed him I inherited him, a small mongrel, and a lodger. My non dog activities include lots of different arts and crafts, going to the gym and Native American Studies and activities such as Powwows and Medicine Circle gatherings. She enjoys working dogs in mantrailing and works with many dogs in the rescue environment in her job as a Canine Behaviourist and Training advisor for Battersea Dogs Home. She is the ‘go to’ trainer for the sled dog breeds that come through rescue. |
